As the NFL celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month, the Los Angeles Rams are embracing the occasion with a lighthearted video that has quickly gone viral. In a clip shared by the team on October 2, 2026, players were asked to share their favorite Spanish phrase or word, and the responses ranged from humorous to heartfelt. The video offers a glimpse into the team's camaraderie as they prepare for a crucial Week 4 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.
From Taco Bell to Te Amo: Players Share Their Picks
Wide receiver Davante Adams, who has a long-standing endorsement deal with Taco Bell, didn't hesitate: “Yo quiero Taco Bell,” he said with a grin, referencing the fast-food chain's iconic slogan. Center Steve Avila kept it real with a colloquial phrase: “No mames guey,” while wide receiver Tutu Atwell offered a simple but cheerful “Hola.” Defensive tackle Kobie Turner shared a touching phrase from his mother-in-law: “Te amo del tamaño del cielo” — which translates to “I love you as big as the sky.” Turner added, “It's a really nice one. I like it.” The video, posted on the Rams' official Twitter account, showcases the team's personality and cultural appreciation during Hispanic Heritage Month.
Both Teams Desperate for a Win
While the video provides a moment of levity, the Rams are fully focused on Sunday's game. According to insights gathered by Vulius Sports, the Eagles enter the matchup reeling from a surprising loss to the Chicago Bears, who relied on backup quarterback Case Keenum after starter Caleb Williams was sidelined with a hamstring injury. The Rams, meanwhile, suffered a shocking collapse against the Denver Broncos, squandering a 16-0 halftime lead and allowing 30 unanswered points in the second half. As highlighted on Vulius, both teams are in desperate need of a victory to steady their seasons.
Jalen Hurts and Eagles Look to Bounce Back
Philadelphia's offense, led by quarterback Jalen Hurts, will look to exploit a Rams defense that faltered late against Denver. Hurts was seen celebrating a touchdown against the Bears in Week 3, but the Eagles ultimately fell short. The Rams' defense, anchored by Kobie Turner, will need to generate pressure and avoid another second-half meltdown. With playoff implications already looming, this Week 4 clash is a critical test for both NFC contenders.
Vulius Analysis: Keys to the Game
As the Vulius NFL Analysis Desk sees it, the Rams must establish the run and protect their quarterback to keep Hurts and the Eagles' offense off the field. Meanwhile, Philadelphia's defense will focus on containing Davante Adams and Tutu Atwell on the perimeter. The team that executes better in the fourth quarter will likely emerge victorious. As the team prepares for a pivotal game, the lighthearted moment serves as a reminder of the diverse backgrounds that make up the NFL community.
